Brighter View is actively hiring for our Day Treatment & Training (DTT) Day Center. HCBS in-home opportunities are also available near you depending on location and availability.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on helping members build life skills, independence, and community engagement in a supportive environment.

Pay:
$16–$18 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available
Day center and in-home shifts available
Monday – Sunday availability

Responsibilities:

• Support members in developing life skills and independence

• Assist with daily activities and structured programs at the day center

• Provide in-home support services (HCBS) when scheduled

• Encourage participation in educational, recreational, and community activities

• Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of all members

• Maintain daily documentation and service notes

• Follow company policies and safety procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support members and program operations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)

• Article 9 training preferred

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral support preferred
