URGENT HIRING: HR Coordinator (DDD Compliance & Healthcare) – On-Site | West Valley

Brighter View Life Enrichment Center is hiring a full-time, on-site HR Coordinator in the West Valley, AZ to support a regulated workforce including Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Drivers, and Arizona DDD service staff. This role focuses on HR compliance, employee onboarding, personnel file management, and audit readiness in a healthcare and nonprofit environment.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter and go-getter who is organized, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed to support operations, audits, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Drivers, and program staff
• Conduct in-person onboarding and orientations
• Maintain DDD-compliant, audit-ready personnel files
• Track certifications, training, and compliance requirements
• Support driver compliance (licenses, MVD checks, required training)
• Serve as the on-site HR point of contact in the West Valley
• Assist with audits, staffing readiness, and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HR, compliance, or administrative experience
• Experience with DDD, healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated staff preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Self-starter / go-getter mindset
• Willingness to support other opportunities as needed
• Ability to work on-site in the West Valley

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Driver (Full-Time | Glendale, AZ)

We’re seeking two dependable and caring Drivers to safely transport members to and from appointments, day programs, and community activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, values punctuality, and has a heart for service.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating company vehicles and ensuring passenger safety

• Assisting members as needed (entering/exiting the vehicle)

• Maintaining cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles

• Following schedules, routes, and timely pick-up/drop-off procedures

• Communicating effectively with the care team

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record

• Friendly, professional, and dependable

• Previous driving or transport experience preferred

• Must pass background and drug screening

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (Flexible)
